Race 1:
Albert Costa has finished the first race in a spectacular third place after leaving sixth.
Epsilon Euskadi driver came in sixth position in a race that appeared complicated.
In the early stages, the accident between Lancaster and Ricciardo favored him and Catalan stood
in fourth place behind Berthon.
At that moment is when he started a struggle for a place on the podium and, finally, Albert has done
it. He was faster than Berthon and after several attempts, he finally has advanced in a clean and
spectacular overtake.
In this way, Albert has been on the podium behind Esteban Guerrieri and Jean Eric Vergne.
Costa is happy but wants more. His only goal is victory and promised to fight hard for it.
Albert, after the race, said: "It was a good race. Obviously my goal is to be at the top of the podium
so I can not be completely satisfied. It is a big step toward that goal and hopefully keep improving.
The last part of the race I had a problem with my visor and could not see well, so I struggled more
against this problem."
UPDATE: Finally, Esteban Guerrieri has been disqualified. Albert has been second.
Race 2:
After some problems in qualifying, the driver wanted to score points in the race.
The race has been steady and accurate, lap after lap he has improved his time and in the final laps
has improved his best time.
Finally he finished ahead of Coletti, so Albert is situated fifth in the championship with a choice of
finishing fourth in next meeting.
He was happy about this development but moderately because Albert is only happy when he wins.
Albert will go tomorrow to the factory Renault F1 Team where he will observe the working method
of a Formula 1 team.
Albert Costa said: "It was a tough race. We left very late and it was difficult to get the result we always
want, win. But we have been progressing lap after lap and finished ninth. It is not at all what I wanted,
but there is always to stay with the positive side of things, and I'm fifth overall. Now I'm focused in
